Ingredients

- 1. 1/2 teaspoon each salt, red chili powder, zeera, coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 small onion
- 4 strands of fresh coriander(green)
- 1/4 small tomato
- 1 small hot green pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon oil for frying.
- Sandwich bread
- Few leaves of Lettuce.

Methods:

1. Beat egg, add spices and then beat again.
2. Cut onion, tomato, and green pepper into very small pieces and add into the beaten egg.
3. Add table spoon oil in frying pan until the pan is warm.
4. Heat oil and pour egg mix. Fry till edges are slightly brown.
5. Sandwich in bread with lettuce and serve hot.
