Ingredients:
Eggs
salt
Mayonnaise
Hunter beef, chicken livers or celery
Preparation:
Cut hard cooked eggs in halves, length wise or cross wise. Remove the yolks and mash them (yolks) with the fork, mix in salt, stir in mayonnaise and chopped hunter beef or chicken livers or celery. Pile the seasoned yolks lightly into the hollow whites.
