Ingredients: Spinach ½ kg, remove stems Method: Wash spinach and boil in one cup of water for ten minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Then put through a blender and grind. Mix ground spinach with chicken stock and cook again for five minutes. Add salt when it boils. Fry the squares of bread in a little oil. Serve soup hot with fried bread squares, black pepper and a dash of fresh cream. |
