Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb of chicken
1 apple(peeled and cut into small cubes)
tbsp of turmeric
1 1/2 tbsp of red chili powder
3 green chili (slit in half)

1 lg onions (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp of garlic paste
1 tbsp of gingerr paste
1/2 a cup of oil
salt to taste
1/2 cup of water

Preparation:

In a fry pan put onions and green chili and fry for about 3 min.
Add Chicken ginger,garlic,salt,turmeric and red chili powder and continue to cook for another 10 minutes on med heat.
Add diced apples and cook for 5 more min.
Finally add 1/2 cup of water and reduce heat to low.Cook until water dries out and oil separates. Apples will soften and turn into a pasty texture. Serve with White rice and enjoy
