Ingredients:
Soft Boiled or Coddled Egg
Preparation:
Slip the egg in boiling water with a spoon. Turn off the heat, or set the pan off from the burner to stop boiling. The second method is to put the egg in a deep sauce pan cover with water and heat rapidly, on boiling turn off the heat. Remove or let stand for 2 minutes for medium boiled eggs. Plunging eggs in cold water for few seconds makes them easier to handle.
