Ingredients:

Chicken, boneless, sliced 1/2 kg
Green chillies, sliced 4
Ginger / garlic paste 2 tsp
Capsicums, cut into slices 1/2 kg
Spring onions, finely chopped 2
Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp
Chicken stock or boiling water 2 1/2 cups
Cornflour powder, mixed in water 2 1/2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/4 tsp, optional
Salt to taste

Method:

* Mix green chillies, ginger 1 garlic paste, salts and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Add chicken, and marinate for an hour.
* Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken on high heat till it changes color. Add the vegetables and stir, pour in the chicken stock or boiling water and stir till the liquid boils again.
* Add cornflour and stir till the sauce thickens. Remove chicken from heat.
* Serve with spicy lemon rice.
