Ingredients:

Egg Filling:
4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
15 stuffed green olives, chopped
2 tbsp spring onions, finely sliced
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Meat Filling:

200 g hunter’s beef, cubed
2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp any pickle relish, drained
½ tsp horseradish
2 tbsp mayonnaise
10 inch bread loaf, unsliced
325 g cream cheese
75 ml milk
Butter
few sprigs parsley (optional)

Method:

* Combine ingredients for the egg and meat fillings separately. Slice the sandwich loaf into 3 equal portions lengthwise and butter the slices. Spread the first slice with the meat filling. Place the second slice over it and spread the egg filling.
* Place the last slice on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate until serving. Whip the cream cheese with milk until fluffy. Frost the top and sides of the loaf with cream cheese.
* Decorate with parsley.
