Ingredients:

Boneless chicken cut into small cubes, 1/2 kg
Chili sauce to taste
Mustard 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 1/2 tsp
Capsicums, finely chopped 2 large
Spring onions, finely chopped 3, green part only
Cream cheese 1 1/2 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 1/2 tbsp
Butter or margarine as required
Buns 10
Lettuce leaves, finely chopped 5-6
Cabbage, finely chopped 1 small
Salt to taste

Method:

* Combine chicken cubes,chili sauce,sesame seeds,salt and mustard in a bowl. Mix well and leave for half an hour.
* In a saucepan heat oil and fry marinated chicken on medium heat till it is cooked, about 6 – 7 minutes. Add all vegetables, stir for a few seconds on high heat. Add paprika, mix well. Finally add cream cheese, stir on low heat till the cheese melts and mixes with chicken.
* Cut the rolls in half and butter both halves. Put the chicken filling on one side, top with sliced cabbage and lettuce leaves. Cover the roll with the other half. Prepare all rolls in this way.
* Lightly grease an oven proof tray. Set all the rolls on it and bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 4 to 6 minutes or till heated through and crisp.
* Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.
