Ingredients: 450 grams Leg of lamb 1 teaspoon Coriander seed powder Preparation: Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and fry the onions till golden brown. Add ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped meat and salt as per taste. Cover and cook on a medium flame for about 1012 minutes. Add the chopped chillies, tomatoes and coriander leaves, mix well. Cover and cook on a medium flame for about 4550 minutes. |
