Ingredients:

boneless mutton 1kg
onion paste 67tsp
red chili powder 3 tsp
garam masal powder 1/2tsp
small ilaichi powder 1/2tsp
ajwain powder 1/2tsp
oil

khuskhush powder 1tsp
jaifal javetri powder1/4 tsp
sonf powder 3 tsp
curd 150 gm or 1 bowl small

salt to taste

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in mutton and marinate it for 15 min.Put some oil in the karahi add mutton in to it and cook until oil comes up.serve hot with nan.
