Ingredients:

Chicken wings 12 (about 1 kg)
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Salt / pepper/Chinese salt/ pepper/ Chinese ¼ tbsp each
Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Barbecue sauce 4 tbsp
Chili with garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp

Method:

Make a paste of the above ingredients and marinate for 10 min. Deep fry in hot oil on low flame till golden or bake in oven for 25 min on gas mark 3. Wrap exposed ends of bone in foil and serve with coleslaw and ketchup.
