Ingredients:

250 gms khoya
250 gms jaggery
250 gms white flour roughly grind
500 gms oil
2 tbsp coconut powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp almond powder
2 tbsp pistachio powder
2 tbsp cashew nuts, roughly chopped

Method:

*Heat half of the oil in a pan. Add flour and roast on low heat till it changes its color.
*Add khoya and stir for two to three minutes. Remove from heat.
*In another pan, heat remaining oil,add jaggery and stir till it melts and leaves edges.
*Mix flour and khoya mixture with jaggery.
*Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and mix all the nuts.
*When set cut into desirable pieces. Store in a jar.
