Ingredients:

Boneless chicken, cut into small cubes 1/2 kg

Ingredients for marinade:
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 1/2 tsp
Garlic pepper sauce 4 tsp
Mustard sauce 1/2 kg
Egg 1
Cooking oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

Ingredients for sesame hot sauce:

Cooking oil 2 1/2 tbsp
Tomatoes, pureed 4 medium
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic pepper sauce 3 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1 1/2 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Ginger / garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Green chillies, finely chopped 4-6
Spring onions, finely chopped 4, green part only
Salt to taste

Method:

* In a small bowl, beat egg with all marinade ingredients. Marinate the chicken for 45 minutes and keep in refrigerator.
* In a shallow saucepan, heat cooking oil and fry marinated chicken until chicken becomes light brown in color. Then fry on high heat until chicken becomes crisp and golden brown in color. Drain on paper towel.
* To prepare sesame hot sauce, heat cooking oil and fry sesame seeds, ginger I garlic paste and green chillies together on low heat until ginger, garlic become light brown in color, then add all sauces and seasonings, and stir on low heat for few minutes.
* Add tomatoes stirring continuously. Cover the saucepan with lid and simmer until tomatoes are cooked and oil separates from gravy.
* Add spring onions, fry well on high heat for a while, add deep fried chicken cubes, mix well and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
* Serve hot in a shallow dish garnished with finely chopped spring onions.
