Ingredients: Prawns 1 lb Curry leaves Preparation: Soak chillies in hot water for 5 minutes & put in blender with onion and ginger/ garlic. Heat oil and fry curry leaves for a minute. Add blended mixture and fry stirring constantly for 5 minutes until oil separates. Add ground spices & fry for 1 minute then add prawns & fry, stirring until they change color. Now add salt & coconut milk & simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice to taste. |
