Ingredients:

1/2 kg boneless chicken breast pieces cut into chunks
1 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp green chili paste
1 tbsp salt
1 onion, sliced into rings

Method:

*In a blender, put in the coriander, mint leaves, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, green chillies, salt and blend
*Place the chicken in a bowl, and rub with the mixture
*Cover and refrigerate for two to three hours
*Preheat the oven to medium heat. Lightly grease a baking dish
*Place the chicken in the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is done
*Just five minutes before taking out the dish, sprinkle with onion rings and bake again
*Serve hot
