Ingredients:

1 litre milk
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
¼ tsp saffron
1 tsp custard powder
½ cup fresh cream
2-3 drops of vanilla essence
Almonds, chopped

Method:

*Boil milk with sugar, saffron and custard powder.
*Add eggs and stir continuously with wooden spoon on low heat.
*When it becomes thick remove from the stove, mix fresh cream and vanilla essence.
*Pour into large glasses and serve with straws.
