Ingredients: Dried prawns ½ kg (soak in water for half an hour) Method: Clean the soaked prawns. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns in it. Remove from the oil and in the same pan-fry the onions until golden brown. Add all the spices to it, stir well until it becomes a smooth paste and oil begins to separate. Add the prawns to it. Sprinkle fresh coriander. Cover and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. |
